While not the first remake I did (that would be Saliferous Potion, not counting all those I did of AT), Civil Matter was well suited to the treatment, being a single panel with a great joke.
So why did I do it? Mostly, as a contrast between then and now, to showcase how much my art has improved. In fact, I just might give other one panels the same treatment. Not the longer comics, those are safe. Enjoy.
Nothing fancy about that title, really. Anyways...
Remember those Final Fantasy pics I was doing for a while? Well, I've made handy 100x100 avatar versions as well. Nothing else to say, I guess, except it looks kinda weird that all of the characters are from X except for two from 7. Perhaps I'll do seperate packs in the future. Enjoy.

Auron
Made this one some time ago, but neglected to post it, mostly cause I wanted to release a new comic first. Then I did, but felt it best not to post it immediately after. Anyways, here it is, finally. In case you couldn't tell, it's Auron. When I started drawing him, I felt the pic was off to a very good start. Then, I ran into some trouble, but in the end, it came out looking pretty well. Mostly, the sword gave me problems, and later I felt that Auron wasn't taking enough canvas space. Another problem was choosing a compatible bg, but I think it worked out fine. The pyrefly looks a little... off, but it was the best I could do. Enjoy.
Introducing the first ever AnimeTronic avatar pack! Basically is the chars as they appeared in Loose Cannon [though Villain, the green haired one, has never appeared in a comic]. It's not much, true, since AT comics appear rather sparsely in LC. Could an LC avatar pack appear in the future? I doubt it, since a lot of chars are indistinuishable from one another. Anyways, enjoy.

Tidus
To commemorate my replaying of FFX, I've decided to do a pic of Tidus. Well, maybe not exactly for that reason. More like, Tidus is pretty cool, so I wanted to draw him. Hell, the entire party kicks ass! Anyways, this pic was tougher than I expected, mainly it was the hair that gave me trouble. I think it came out allright, though not perfect. I think I'm losing my knack of drawing these chars, since I don't do it as much. I wanted him to have a Zanarkand type background, and I did have some trouble finding a good pic. This one's pretty nice, though, if not kinda aliased. Oh well, enjoy.
And I'll make a comic... sometime. I have some ideas, just need to get around to doing them. Later.
Anima
Another FF character drawing, though this one is the first Aeon I've done. Naturally, I've chosen my favorite, Anima. Though to be perfectly honest, this rater cutesy rendering does badly to preserve the spooky factor that makes Anima so cool. And that overdrive, I'd go as far as to call it awe-inspiring. It's like, whoa.
Anyways, getting back to the drawing, the overall form went rather well, though I had a severe trouble finding a good picture to base the colors off of. Hope they look fine. In addition, finding the right background was a problem too, but I've found a pretty sweet pic. Enjoy.
Jecht
Another FF char done in the LC style. What can I say, I like drawing them. This one could very well be the best so far. Turned out extremely well. Must have been in the zone, or something. I know I tend to do a number of versions with different backgrounds, but if it's not broken, why fix it? Enjoy.
Clash
Well, since I did both a pic of Cloud and of Sephiroth, it seemed only natural that one day I'd combine them into a sword duel, which pretty much explains what happened. Since I had both chars, the image was fairly easy to make. Turned out pretty sweet, too. Enjoy.
Gotrobot Mech
I started work on this image close to a week ago, last Thursday. I got the idea, and I always enjoy drawing Gotrobot pics. The reason I took so long to finish it [aside from not working on it enough] was due to severe problems with the background. At first, I considered having him stand in a room of some sort, but that idea was quickly scrapped. Then, I tried drawing some sort of galaxy in the bg, but that didn't work out so well either. The bg in place is basically a bunch of Photoshop effects. Looks pretty nice, though. Goes well with the overall picture, I think. Rather proud of this one, enjoy.
Alternate Version ~ Some midwork playing around gave me the idea for this, and I decided to make it a v2. I wouldn't say it's better than the original, but it's still pretty cool, so check it out.

Hey, I made Cloud and Sephiroth, might as well make a Seymour too, right? This took me a while to complete because the perfectionist in me took over. I had trouble choosing a background [so I made 3], it looked too plain with only him in the pic, so I drew the staff as well. Eventually I conceded that this was the best it was gonna get and moved on. Enjoy.
I may do an Anima bg as well [as was my original intention] if I can find the right pic.

Well, since I posted the original version some time ago, I figured I'll make an LC version as well. I actually started this a while ago, but never finished until now. So yeah, here it is. Enjoy.

Yeah, I made a Sephiroth pic as well, but I couldn't decide which bg to use, so I made 2 versions. I think the first is more fitting. Anyways, took me longer to do than the Cloud pic, and likewise I ran into more problems [maybe cause I got too overcritical, but I wanted to make something as good]. But, in the end, I think it turned out rather well. Enjoy.

Did this pic yesterday at the request of someone. Turned out pretty cool, in my opinion. Contains more details that I'm accustomed to, but I didn't encounter much difficulty. The hair was kinda tricky, but ended up looking pretty sweet. And no, I didn't make the background. Enjoy.
PS. I may do a Sephiroth too. Maybe.
